I originally posted this in Character Creators Forum but no one replayedso I'm trying it here. ...make this Poser Friendly.. I got the original in DXF format, imported to Rhiono...now i know i can export this as OBJ file but how can i make it poeable in Poser....

You need to search the tutorials section.I believe there is a tutorial on making a posable object on Thorneworks site.Under popular links in the sidebar.
