Bill Fleming is one of the inspirations for the textures in my Underground Shamans and Dragon Fae Series (I tell a bit about this in the article). I won this book in a contest - and wanted to share a little bit about it with the Poser folks. There are some surprising things on the CD that comes with it, and some great info for character texture artists - and just about anyone interested in movie special effects or 3D characters. I added some images at the end of the article of some characters that have my favorite bump maps! A little piece of one is shown here. I love a good tactile-feeling bump map!! LOL! Seeing some good bump maps on a 3D female figure by MarvinR is what got me interested in Poser. thanks for looking - dg :-)jade_nyc posted Sat, 30 August 2003 at 10:27 AM

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Bill Fleming has been one of my favorite artists and inspirations for over . . . umm . . . ( geez that long?! ) . . . yep. . . 6 or 7 years now.
I too have one of his books, read several of his tutorials, and will also flat out recommend anything by him to anyone.
