Subject: purchase problem

I made a purchase with my debit card and i got the zip code address error. So the website told me to go back and re enter my address. i did so and was charged 3 times on my card. And the third time it gave me a message saying we cannot process your order. Can you please cancel my payments? I did not even receive the email that tells me to send the 800 number for my card.
