Hi =-) I've always wanted to create my own clothes for Poser, and I've been using PhilC's tutorial...but it's for Truespace...Is there anyway to create the same tube effect he used in Truespace in Raydream?

So you are calling the horizontal cylinder in frame with the description "Now use boolean operations to cut out the neckline and sleeves" the 'tube'? Just want to make sure that we are talking about the same thing. Mark

Yeah

Well then, there are two ways to create that shape: 1. Create a cylinder and rotate and scale it to match, or, 2. Draw and oval in the spline (Free Form for RDS) modeler and adjust the extrusion path for length. Either way you choose, when the boolean operation is performed the resulting object will be a vertex object. Hope this helps! Mark

Just one more thing. RDS Free Form objects sometimes don't come through boolean operations very well. I get around this either of two ways: o Jump into the Mesh Form modeler, cranking the face properties slider all the way up (800% I think) and perform the boolean on the converted object. o Export the object as a DXF and reimport it, again performing the boolean on the new object. -Michael
