hello everyone again. can anyone recommend a good tutorial site for getting the best out of poser 3?, and any uttilities that i can use(apart from uv mapper and mover as i already have those).

English Bob's Morphography site has an excellent collection of resources, tutes and links for folks using P3 in a P5 world.
The link above is to the the front page and the P3 section is here. And Mason's "Morph Manager" is a must have IMHO - in FreeStuff.
