I have not bought M3 yet and I wondered if you could use V3's morphs with him. Everyone keeps talking about this "unimesh" being the base for both characters, so that got my imagination going. The fact is that I don't like the body on M3 at all, but I have a couple of V3 male characters whose bodies appeal to me more. I figured I would use those instead! Yes, I'm twisted...I know... No. They load with no errors, but they won't work :o( Turning the dials does nothing at all :o(

Unfortunately the mesh was uni before it was chopped up to make body parts, and morphs depend on having the same number of points in the same order as their target. We know, for example, that a slightly different cut was used for M3 compared to V3 to accommodate the adam's apple.

And the chest. He's got some weird Wonder Woman bra look going on when you view the seams.

The idea is sound, Sparrow. I was hoping it would, too. Same base mesh, you'd think they'd want cross compatability, right? Well, no such luck, this time. Maybe if they make a Stephanie 2...

Daz has stated that there isn't going to be a Steph 2. And yes, while I had hoped for cross compatability, I knew deep down that there wasn't going to be one. I mean.. they want to SELL morph paks, right? Why should I buy a morph pak for MIKE if I had the same morph for Vickie? So naturally they weren't compatible. sigh :o(
