I may be wrong.. but I don't think Vue actually includes the framing in the render - that's just to show you the image's final dimensions in the 4:3 standard Vue window. Two ways you could doit are: In Vue - Use 2 cubes or planes with a black non reflective material, placed and stretched top and bottom of the camera, or Post work - add the black bars in a paint program.
