Hi gang. Help a guy out. please. I'm trying to create a winter scene and even my 7 year old told me it'd look a lot better if there were snow on the trees. Except I can't figure out how to pull off this little trick. I've tried mixing materials, dup and layering and, in the end, everything looks awful. I know it can be done. Can anyone send me in the direction of a good tutorial? [My search engine keeps coming up with totally unrelated subjects.] thanks. kmw

This is outstanding!!! I'd tried something like this but for some reason [operator incompetent perhaps?] I just was't getting it right. Thanks immensely for the direction. Matter of fact your site unto itself is DA BOMB! I'm definitely going to bookmark it. One query tho, what version of Vue are these tuts for? I'm looking for the Null Function in the Bump window (Vue 4.06-2) but not seeing anything with that name. Again, thanks, gebe. Hope I get to return the favor sometime. kmw

Just right click on the bump function window, and select "reset". (If you use Windows OS) Hatsumi

The tuts are for all versions. Some were made with Vue 3 but most of it also works the same way with vue 4. Only the interface changes. If you have a problem with one of the tuts, just drop me an IM. :-)Guitta
