I have been playing with Low Poly chars in Vue lalely (Knight in this pic) and find them a excellent source for material. They are very lightweight in memory, you could get about 100 to one poser character. Quake 2 models at this site, http://www.planetquake.com/polycount/ is a good place to start. You can also use these models in Poser or Bryce and get some cool results. Hope this is inspirational to some ;-) Chris

I tell you how these would be good, as a huge army in the distance. You'd never tell the difference with clever lighting.

Pretty cool. With a wimpy little machine like mine, it sounds like an option :) Ta ta, Laurie

Throw the right texture on him and people would think this knight was a mecha.

Truth has no value without backing by unfounded belief.

Hehe, actually you can get some pretty powerfull free modelers for Quake 2 and you don't need the game ;-) So you can still upgrade your poser !! Whee.. Chris
