I went and bought Bryce 5 today! I've only been using a PC for about a year. About a month after I bought it I registered with Renderosity. It was here that I first learned about the large number of programs available. At the time I had dialup and it was slow going but I looked at a lot of beautiful artwork and read as much as I could about each program. I only wish I could afford to have them all! I tried my hand at Paint Shop Pro and Terragen and was instantly hooked and was eager to jump into 3d. I'm still learning to use the PC and I have no training in art other than high school (a very long time ago cough 17yrscough:-) so needless to say, I have a great deal to learn! I'll try to wait until I at least learn a few basics before I inflict my "art" on you all. HEHEHEH. Maybe with a little perseverance, alot of studying and lots of feedback from the good people here I can release my innervisions and see them reach fruition. In the meantime I have a pot of coffee, some good music to "study" by (Loreena McKennitt and Metallica) and the inspiration that I have found here. Thank you all!
