Subject: please reload my downloads

I purchased a few items a while back and today my drive crashed with all the data I had on it. I tried to download from my list of purchased items and most of them worked. However, a couple of them are giving me errors, I tried to download again and it told me that there was too many download requests and that my IP address had been logged and sent to admin. No problem there, its me trying to download, just please reset so I can get those files back. Thank you.
