Hello,
The Vue4Pro quick reference card refers to a "Synchro Plugins" directory in "this CD" (i.e. the Application CD?) containing the plug-ins for Maya, 3DS Max, Softimage, Cinema 4D, and LightWave. You can read this in the first page of the card, at the bottom-right under the headline "Synchronization Plug-Ins".
Has anyone found the "Synchro Plugins" folder or the plug-in installers for that matter? I am particularly interested in the Cinema 4D plugin.
The following thread addressed the same question, but no answer though:
http://www.renderosity.com/messages.ez?ForumID=12368&Form.ShowMessage=1442233
For an idea on how this plugin works, see the Vue4Pro video presentation (found here: http://www.e-onsoftware.com/Products/vue4pro/). Specifically, check near the middle of the video during the animation and composition of the robot scene.
Thanks in advance for any help on this,

My answer was to contact the support at e-onsoftware's site. The login problem is repaired now. Guitta

Hello Guitta,
I did open a support ticket with e-on yesterday. Nevertheless, I was surprised because Videodv's thread did not have a follow-up; thus, my assumption that we both are in the same boat in this situation. I am also a little surprised that not more people have noticed this issue, unless not very many people are integrating Vue with other 3D apps.
I will post back as soon as I hear from e-on. I also would like to hear from other Vue4Pro owners to see if this is a common issue.
BTW, I am installing in a WinXP box. The CDs appear to be dual Windows/Mac formatted. The files are definitely not in any of the CDs, at least that Windows is able to see. I would be interested in knowing if Mac owners do see the plugins folder/files in any of the CDs.
Thanks,

I don't know about Mac users, But I have a person in another list wh is asking for it too. Please let us know when you have an answer and especially to tell us where the plugin can be found. Thanks, Guitta

Hello Guitta/Videodv,
Steve Bell from e-on software replied to my support ticket, and he states that the plug-ins folder was left out of the final build of the Windows disks. Go to the following URL in order to read the support thread at e-on's web site, as well as to get the URL from where to download the plug-ins:
http://www.e-onsoftware.com/Support/ShowMessage.php?id=1064278422
It might be a good idea to cross-reference this post from Videodv's original thread too.
Thanks!

Thanks as well from me. Probably the reason more of us haven't posted about the ommission here is that we're still waiting for our CD's. But a lot of us are wanting those plug-ins. I am.
