The futuristic Freakin' Beast at RunTime DNA has a sidecar ($10). I don't recall any others, unfortunately. A sidecar would make a nice add-on for the few commercial bikes currently available.

Richabri has a really nice amphitheater sale here on the MP. (See link.) Baument.com has a coliseum: http://64.198.60.83/baument/CDPreviews/meshes5/TheColiseum.htm I think it's for sale as part of a large CD of models, but he might be willing to sell you just the one model for a few bucks if you ask him. 10dollarmodels.com has a motorcycle with sidecar. Try searching their site for "sidecar" and it should come right up. Amazingly enough, the price is $10. ;-)
