Alucard isn't Dracula, he's Dracula, Jr. LOL :D Very nice character, Shain.

Deecey where did you get your reference pics? just wondering

DCArt posted Tue, 23 September 2003 at 3:44 PM

I found a book (Fashion, published by Taschen) that has photo references of all kinds of historical costumes, and some of them are very appropriate for this look. I'm on a roll now! LOL

Shain posted Tue, 23 September 2003 at 3:51 PM

Deecey is working on the clothing part. this what he will look like for those that missed the last one

OK ... I have a basic vest, pants, and shirt modeled so far, with the intent that there will be many style morphs to modify the appearance. The real "Alucard" look will be in the cloak, jacket, and boots, which was my reason for getting the historical costuming book on Sunday. I wanted to make them accurate for the time period as well, and can do that now. 8-)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

I ran the coat, vest, shirt and pants through P5 for a test, and thought Shain might be interested in seeing it so far. They weren't grouped yet or turned into figures, so there is some overlap in parts yet from the cloth room. I still have a LOT to do on this ... but I'm having a ball with it 8-)
