Been considering Vue for a while now... I read that the 4.2 patch allows poser 5 import.. Cool! But now I'm readin vue4 pro is out.. So does vue 4 pro import poser 5, or will it need the new patch as well? Poser stuff is pretty important to me, so of course I'd want whochever package works best with poser5

e-on is working on Poser 5 import into Vue 4 Pro. But you can already import Poser 5 figures if you rename your Poser 5 folder to "Poser 4" :-). You need to play on the transparency of dynamic hair inside Vue. This means that Vue 4 Pro doesn't yet recognice the transparency maps for dynamic hair, you need to load it manually. Guitta

So poser 5 stuff works with 4.12? I thought they weren't actually adding that till poser 4.2? More confused! LOL!! Sounds like regualr vue might be the best way to go then for now... is there much cost difference between vue4 and vue4 pro?

The difference is about 300 US $:-) Vue 4 = 199 $ Vue Pro = 499 $ But for Vue owners there is a special price for Vue Pro (299 $) for a limited time.

Marque, have a look et www.e-onsoftware.com, click Vue 4 Professional and then, when you have read the first page, click the links at bottom of it. It would be really too long to explain it here:-) Guitta
