Having some difficulty putting in the forest fire, and it takes forever to render in the volumetric lighting. My challenge entry commemorates the Great Peshtigo Fire in NE Wisconsin and Door County. The most deadly natural disaster in the US ever. Hardly anyone knows about it because it occurred the same day as the great Chicago fire. Almost 2000 people were killed or vanished in the flames. Entire families, homes and towns disappeared. Titled: Outrunning Hell

Oh, what a great scene! It might be easier and faster to post-process your fire. Excellent work!

not that the sun isn't shining directly on my monitor, I can see alot more in this pic... Looking great!
