Do you need Ultra Fractal to use it?

I don't think so-- you might need UF to generate different coloring. It was adapted by a user of UF. Emily

Hey, Longrider's gallery is pretty kewl. I'm using Apophysis as a stand alone but from what I gather, it works better with UF.

As a FYI you can do this kind of stuff with KPT 5 and KPT Effects...they both have a fraxflame filter.
