I remember seeing a death model with a scythe...the black robed dude somewhere...can't remember where... it was either just the hooded robe and sythe or a complete set...free or pay.... but the free version would be great :)

Death is included as a bonus in PhilC's monk's habit for Michael, available here in the Marketplace.
Ghost has an old (P3) Grim Reaper figure at GreyLight, but it doesn't include a scythe.

yea..that's the guy...Grim Reaper..my mind went blank there for an hour or so :) happens every weekend..and Monday thru Friday
