Decided tonight was the night I was going to install my new toys....okay see if you can get this, I have Vue 4 version 4.12 on my computer now, went to install mover 4 first, added the serial number that came in the box, it asked when it was done, do you want to start the program, I said yes, a message came up and said I had a bad serial number, then it started Vue 4 and it was version 4.10.....stumped. Restored my computer and did it again, same thing happened, so I am right back where I was before, at Vue 4 verison 4.12, no mover 4 installed and no Vue Pro installed yet.....I am bumming. Sharen

Install Pro first. It will install into a fresh directory. Then install Mover.

It sounds like you are just installing mover into regular Vue 4.12. I think what I did was to install Mover....it regressed the Vue version back to 4.1.... then I re-applied the 4.12 Update, followed by the 4.2 Beta Update on to Vue/Mover and it then worked.

hmmm, I thought of doing that, but I might as well install Vue Pro, now when I install Mover 4, should I send it to the Pro Directory? Sharen

Yes Sharen, do it for the Pro version. You probably will never use the 4.12 version again. Just have to move the extras installs from 4.12 over to the Pro directory for easier access.

Question though, I didn't buy the one that said it was for Vue Pro, I bought the one for Vue 4, so if I do install Vue Pro and then install mover 4 it should work right? Sharen
