Hya all ! Over the years, i have collected a lot of props and other add-ons for Poser. The amount of files becomes a bit difficult to manage, and i would like to sort them out, and put them into their respective categories ... Seems easy, but is rather difficult. So, i would like some 'pro's' advice on this How do others sort their poser stuff ? Textures that you download, do you put them with the character they're meant for, or with textures ? There are a lot more examples, but i would like to know about other people's way of finding their way in their Poser props etc. library. Thanks, and regards, RoB

Hard work, sorting out your Poser categories in a logical manner. First of all, I use PBooost, which allows me to subdivide each library. The figures libraries are Default (in which the standard Poser figures are kept) V2 Characters, V3 Characters, M2 Characters, Victoria Clothes, V3 Clothes and so on... I tend to do the same kind of thing with the other libraries, and within each one I make other meaningful categories, such as Buildings, Walls, Furniture and so forth. All works great until you install a product which uses something like +++!!!!GROOVYPETESGREATNEWPOSERSTUFF!!!+++, which kinda screws up the categories somewhat. It will take you forever to sort out, and they may eventually become wonderfully organised libraries, but if you're anything like me, you'll never be able to find a damn thing. :)
