Well it official. the smurfs are international. It is interesting that it's a kiddie ride toy. Smurf's apparently were critisized because of the image it projected. Hundreeds of male smurfs and only 1 female smurf. There was s papa smurf but no moma smurf then there is a baby smurf! Now I bet you won't look at the blue creatures the same anymore. Bsteph
