See my two psts under Paid money but no downloads - In addition - it seems that this site does not care to respond in a timely manner Whenever system time is - so I have deleted all items from my wish list - I have no desire to pay for inattention - and if I ever recieve the merchandised for which YOU ALREADY HAVE THE MONEY FOR - it will be my last purchase from this site. I regret that - in that there are several artists whose work I wish to support - but will be unable to do so if this is the only outlet they have. JoPol

Just left my purchases page - time at top was 1703 CST - Still no download buttons - what is the PROBLEM??????

Ok - I have finally been able to download the items - whil;e I appreciate recieving them - I have not seen any type of response that addresses the main problems - and from reviewing other posts in this forum - it appears to be a continuing situation

JoPol, Our policy for first time buyers is clearly stated on the checkout page. "Payment via credit or debit card: Digital items paid with a credit card will be immediately available for downloading, unless you are a brand new user here! If this is your first purchase on this site, an email will be sent to you with instructions on how to email us the (800) number on the back of your credit card. This step is done to protect you, the merchants, and ourselves from stolen credit cards being used to purchase items on this site. We appreciate your patience during this one time only process."
