These knifes look very nice in Poser 4 but for some reason in Poser 5 depending on the light and most of the times the blades will look bright white. I know there is ways to assign other materials in Poser 5 but the scene is heavy enough as it is and I don't want Firefly to start failing on me (I do need firefly cause I have displacement maps in my scene). Is there an easy way to make the blades look more metalic without assigning new materials?

Try looking in the materials room and see if the ambient color is pluged in. P5 seems to skip this all the time. I try to make a habit of checking that first.

Increase the Texture_Strength value on the Reflection_Image node.

Thanks a lot Little Dragon, that helped a lot. Still I wish I could make them look more metalic and realistic but your tip did solve the whiteness problem. Thanks!
