AsherD a few questions for you. "A signed model release with Photo-ID must be provided upon request if posting images with photographic nudes." Will this be backdated or does it refer only to any new uploads? What about composite images of photograhy and Poser? What about Poser pictures that use Photo textures will a model release form have to be provided?

The release form is only submitted upon our request (which could include backdated pictures). Composite or Poser images generally would not warrant a form request, this clause is intended for photographic nudes. --Asher

So what criteria will you use to decide whether a release form should be submitted? A photo texture for Poser is a photographic nude. Will these be exempt? Release forms are used in professional work when the images are for commercial use. This includes nude and non nude work. So I really don't understand why a release form is necessary only for nudes and for pictures that are in the main non comercial apart from Poser photo textures which generally are commercial.

It's for confirming that nude models are over 18 years of age. --Asher

OK and will you do the same to confirm that nude models used for photo textures are over 18 years of age?

It's unlikely we would ask for an ID/age verification of a photo texture. --Asher

so even if the model in a photo texture appears to be under 18 you wouldn't ask for an ID/age verification. Why?

A quick look in the MP under section millenium kids seems to have a large amount of textures that are descibed as "All textures are based on photography" or "Textures are made from origional digital photographs" or similar. In the Victoria section a lot of the characters look young and could be under 18. You have no way of knowing. So why would you not ask for age verification in these cases. You may well be selling texture sets where the models are 18.
