Subject: no download?

I am still unable to access my "immediate download" from purchases made two weeks ago. Please advise.

Hmmm, Someone else got their downloads reset today but I got neither my downloads nor a response :-( Please assist. I made the purchase on 9/22/03 and really need those models.
