Does anyone know if there is a limit to the amount of folders you can have in one of the Poser lbraries? I have loads of folders in the pose library and whilst all appear on the list I can't acces the bottom folders unless I temporary remove some of them. Does anyone else have this probelm or know if there is a work round?

It's a known limitation of Poser 4 (and Pro Pack). The workarounds: 1) Remove some folders 2) Use hogwarden's PBooost utility to manage multiple Library "banks" 3) Upgrade to P5; it doesn't have this bug

The limit is reckoned to be around 256 (a nice round digital number) - but Poser can start acting weird before that. As if it needed an excuse. :)

Okay so there is a limit and I'm not crazy. Can I remove folders of items that I have bought that are marked for P4 if I am using Pro Pack. Okay all you seasoned users, don't laugh at the innocent newbie questions. ;)

Bronwyn, if you have dual P4 and PP versions of something you can usually get rid of the library items that don't match your set-up. That doesn't apply to geometries, and might not apply to textures; check the readme that you got with the items if unsure.

I'd highly recommend PBooost. It is a nifty little program and not that expensive . . . I got it a while back and like it a lot . . .Allan Thornton
