Here's a little script that will make posing and animating easier. It will automatically enable/disable IK based on your current selection: Select a foot: IK on the feet is being turned on Select a hand:IK on the hands is being turned on Select the hip; IK settings remain unchanged Select any other body part: IK is being turned off Saves you a lot of mouse miles, as you don't have to go to the menu all the time any more.

Updated version online. Turned out that there's no standard order of IK chains in a figure. The new version turns on/off all IK chains at once now, no more separation of hands and feet.
