This image is actually quite good in terms of grain but when i use a lighter backround it gets really grany... This is broadcast quality... husse G.

To get rid of that grain, you will have to render the picture in User quality mode, with a high number of rays and quality set to maximum... ... of course, it will also mean you will have more time on your hands to do non computer related things as you can expect render times to literally explode (think in term of days or week for some pictures).
