Hi Everyone I have run into a problem with my animation. I would like my model to float up about 6 feet from the ground and then to come back to exactly the same position on the ground that she started from. I use control c to copy all the frames (includes props)in the beginning of the animation and control v to paste at the end of the animation to bring my model down to earth but it doesn't seem to be working. She rises up (middle of animation) but doesn't come down to the ground exactly same location. Is there anyway I can position my model exactly when posing during animation. Any tips thoughts?

Sure ... Use [menu] "Edit" ---> "Memorize" ---> "Figure" (for the initial position) Then ... [menu] "Edit" ---> "Restore" ---> "Figure" to put the Figure back in the same position at whatever frame you want. cheers, dr geep ;=]
Remember ... "With Poser, all things are possible, and poseable!"

geep, woudldn't the pose dots do the same thing?

Hi InfoCentral, That's a good suggestion, but ... No, the pose dots only memorize the pose - but NOT the "body" position. The Resore Figure includes both pose and body position. cheers, dr geep ;=]

Alternatively, use the Animation Palette. 1. Collapse the element list for your figure. 2. Select the box that is in the frame you wish to copy from. 3. Do edit copy. 4. Select the box that is the frame you wish to copy to. 5. Do edit paste.
