ok i took the m3 shorts obj into uvmapper to try to get them to work and this is what i ended up with vertices=6946 textures=7546 normals=0 facets=7043 groups=7 matierals=15 regions=0 I assigned each material to a group rButtock: stripe_rbuttock, pants_rbuttock rThigh: stripe_rthigh, cuff_rthigh, pants_rthigh Hip: stripe_hip, pants_hip Abdomen: stripe_abdomen, pants_abdomen, belt_abdomen lButtock: stripe_lbuttock, pants_lbuttock lThigh: stripe_lthigh, cuff_lthigh, pants_lthigh They still aren't working for me :( Anybody have any suggestions or can tell where I went wrong?

Sounds OK, from the original instructions. If you are using Poser 4 on a PC did you delete RSR with the same name as, and in the folder with, the OBJ file? Poser doesn't automatically rebuild that if the OBJ changes. Poser5/ProPack and Mac versions don't use RSR files.

well traditionally all body parts are lowercase. If you are using an existing cr2 that is the problem. only with left anf right is the second letter capitalized. abdomen hip lButtock rButtovk lThigh rThigh

Thanks guys :) having upper case abdomen and hip may be my problem too...i got the shorts to show up...but not those parts :)
