I am searching for a raven or crow for a long time now and the one I found didn't appeal to me as the model was too old already...would anyone love to create one???

There is one at Vista Internet that is pretty good.ItWasNotAvailable posted Mon, 27 October 2003 at 9:54 AM Online Now!
Hi there :-) This is the one I saw...I personally don't think it looks real enough and also the product descriptions speaks about Poser 3 still (!!!), which tells me it is quite an old one and so 15 USD is a price I don't want to pay really for a product this old...I have been on that site a year ago and the price was the same...there are no sales and the prices don't drop...Thank you though :-) I still hope that Anton's birds can be shaped into a crow some day...

Planet 3D was a great link! thanks bunches...will see if I can do something with that babe! :-) Dear Ghost...right, I see...I wonder though why it never mentions P5. you see I thought P3 was long gone really, especially since it was given out for free as cover disc. This is what made me look at this raven the way I do...Thank you for your help in this regard :-) Lev

I know a lot of people aren't using P5 since it ws so buggy and gross and therefore it probalby isn't tested there. That being said the biggest problems I have seen with P5 stuff is materials and I don't think that is a problem with the stuff from there.

I've used Vista's raven model in Poser 5 (the perching/standing version) with no problems. It's fine for basic poses, but don't try anything too extreme or particularly complicated.

It's on my 'to do' list_ I've got some nice close up digital images to work from now. It shouldn't be too difficult to make the model morphable between the various members of the crow family_ jackdaw/crows and Raven. My turn round time is 1-2months so I can't give immediate relief to your problem!! :-) Nigel

Ooohh..there is more than one message since last time...I still wanted to thank you all for your precious imput :-)...Hugs... Nigel, I really look forward to your raven...I really do :-) I'll try to see what I can do with the other model until then but like I said I really long for something more realistic and will keep an eye on your store :-) Hugs, Lev

I like Vista's corw/raven fine for crow/raven pictures, but I've had no success morphing it into a magpie. A crow that could make a good magpie would be wonderful.
