Ack! I've been working back and forth with this idea for 3 weeks now, - and I'm still not getting what I want. There are several problems here: 1. The reflections of the glass makes the beast outside look harmless. Suggestions? 2. The spherical light I've put in the lamp is only strength 3, square falloff, and a dark color. Yet it seems to give far too much light. What am I not getting? 3. How do I best light up the painter? I've used Max' zenit light outside. and I want the room to look dark, yet I want to be able to see the persons in there, and to make the painters angest visible... The best method? please.. OK... guess who this guy is? Countryman of me. Had successful exhibitions in both France and Germany. One of his exhibitions was called "Love, Angest and Death". He has been called the father of expressionism. Also; I'd be VERY happy for any comments on a totally different theme. *l* (follow link)
