Hi all, I'm creating a texture for V2 and I am trying to give her a few sets of different colored lips. My problem is that when I do a PZ file for the different colors, it resets her face to the original map. Then if I want her to have different colored eyes, then I have to reset her eyes to the new color. ( I give her amber eyes, then rose colored lips...but the lips reset the eyes to the original map, so I have to re-pose the eyes to amber again.) Is there a way of getting around this, or will I have to make separate head maps for all the different colors of lips? Im using poser 4 with pro pack installed. Thanks! Spyder

One way is to use MAT Pose Edit from freestuff here to create your MAT pose files. In the list of materials you can select the materials you don't want to affect and delete them so they don't appear in the MAT pose. If you're doing it manually with a text editor, I'm sure you can achieve the same result by simply deleting the relevant material lines. I always use MPE so someone else will have to tell you exactly what to delete. :-)

ernyoka1, That's the beta version of MAT Pose Edit 3. You can't find it here, go to the MAT Pose Edit web site (attached URL) and check the Downloads page. There's a link to MPE 3 beta-testing web page with downloads.

I'm still working on the beta but the current version (the 4th beta) should be stable and reliable enough to try it.

I haven't yet decided a release date for the final version (and I probably never will), but I can say it will be released soon.

Spyder,
Like lmckenzie said. But it's easy to do by hand.
