I am using P5 dynamic hair & when pose the figure ... the hair goes through her body & sticks out to the other end like pins? How can the hair fall or drop on the body naturally(without going through the body)??

You'll have to calculate dynamics in the Hair Room after posing the figure. A collision option is available in that room.
