I've put some work back into getting this coleus beast back into control, and took into account all the great suggestions you've made. A few tweaks and the final OK by one last tester, and I'll be ready to send it off for approval by a store:)
Here are a few renders (hoping this isn't premature:/)
I've taken into account the interest in bump maps, so the stem now has a bump (in addition to several different textures to suit your needs, each with their own mat file) and the leaves feature 4 distinct textures 3 of which have their own bump map. eric

All clusters are morphable with at least Expand (or tighten), Leaf Size and Shape, Stem Shape and Toony Stem as well as Droop morphs.
Thanks for looking!

Eric, These are looking great and I can't wait for them to show up in the market place. I'll have to get them. Thanks for your hard work.

These are just going to be so great! Since coleus is already so vividly-colored... don't be surprised if you see Alice and the Caterpillar in the garden! Carolly

Ooh, alice and the caterpillar would be great:) Of course, you'd have to have the mad hatter running around someplace...he's my favorite! You know, there really is most of the whole bunch available in poser land......hm, makes you wonder just how deep one man's influence can be on pop culture generations later. Of course, most of those images were already part of a kids imagination....so I guess it's not Lewis' fault we have dragons and evil queens....not too many caterpillars and rabbits, though;) Putting final touches as we speak. I'll be sure to let y'all know when everything is settled. eric

Eric, I know your just finishing this up, but you might also consider a couple bloom stalks that can be added if someone wanted to add them. Not a permanent part of the plant but an extra. Just a thought. Or, have you already thought of that? Keep up the great work.

Yeah, I started trying that out, but it was an abismal failure:/ I figured I would come back to it as un update after I've had a break from it for a while. I spent several days trying to get it right without completely breaking the bank polywise and decided that most people wouldn't even notice the blooms due to their small size (and the fact that the colored leaves are actually more impressive than the tiny flowers). My next few plants will have flowers though, I promise:) eric

Looking good Eric, I can't wait to buy them!

Welp, I'm told they should be available at poser pros tomorrow some time. I'm hoping that the magical morphing marigolds will be available as a front page freebie over there...I had to cut some corners on the textures to get it in on time:( but I think it is quite a lovely flower for free:) If any of you good folk see it before I do, I plan to do an introductory sale, but since I don't actually have a store at this time, and am somewhat clueless on lots of stuff, I will have to wait 'til it's released before I can set the sale price. So, if you don't see an intro sale....give it a few hours:) I think I told them $9.99 or something similar for the package, and then the sale price (20-30% depending on what the options are). eric
