This image was part of my "Calm Horizons" image while I was working on it, dug this one up but I never used it in the actual scene. I couldn't get the lighting to work with the lighting on the spacecraft and ended up opting for the asteroids, which were also in a later scene in Stephen R. Donaldson's "The Gap Cycle". It took forever to make this, figured I'd post it and get some ideas or feedback, or maybe just to generate new ideas! Not a standalone gallery piece, but perhaps I'll use it later when I make Angus's ship "Trumpet". In the meantime I'm slaving over Calm Horizon's partner ship, Tranquil Hegemony. Thanks for viewing!
