Subject: Import Poser Characters to Bryce???

Hi How can I import Poser characters into Bryce without Poser? (patch, program?) Or do I have to buy Poser??? Thanks: JB Norway

You can save your poser figure already posed as a .obj and import it into bryce using file>import and select obj format. You might have to do some post render work as poser figures sometimes come through with seams showing. BTW it is best to ungroup the figure and regroup accordingly seperate hair from body and apply the texture in the materials library as parametric scaled. Hope this helps Happy Rendering, Michael

How are you even going to get poser figures without poser? No, you can't download poser figures on the net and import them into Bryce. The only way to do it is to export a figure from poser as an obj file

and those files are copyrighted by Zygote,(thanks Bone) answer to your question. You can import poser figures into Bryce but yes , you must by Poser, otherwise you would be breaking the law. Hawkfyr
