Subject: Why no download icon

I just made a purchase, and although I got an email and followed the link, I cannot download my software. This is NOT the first purchase I have made here. What goes on?

Hi, For username Triarius, this is your first purchase and you will need to send either your 3 digit security code or toll free phone number from the back of your credit card along with your username to store@renderosity.com. This is very odd. I have items previously purchased from you. I don't recall ever using another username. Oh, well...

Well, a call to your customer service number cleared things up, and it was very odd. Between my failing memory, ;) a cranky Wintel box at work, Mac OS 8.6 with Netscrape at home, things got confused. Still have the cranky Wintel box, but have OSX and 9 on the Mac - much more stable. Thanks for your prompt response!
