This is adorable. What about a "Santa is Away Feeding His Reindeer" sign for when Santa is off having lunch? For some reason that detail stands out in my memory from childhood. :-) Kimberly

These have JUST the right cardboard look for a Supermarket Santa :o) In other words: They're perfect.

wow... ziggie, have you considered using displacement maps for the snow, particularly on top of the fence?

Regarding the displacement maps for snow: I believe it's the idea that is should look like cardboard-and-styrofoam props, like you would see in a shopping mall or something. So it is not SUPPOSED to look "too" real :) Unlike ziggie's other photorealistic props :o) Ziggie, how's the icing coming along? ;o)

OH MY!!! This is amazing! Ziggie, thank you!! I am touched and honoured that my little memory has made it into 3d!! (Sorry about all of the exclamation points, but seeing this really made my day. :-) ) And yes...I did finally see him...and I was AFRAID of him and started crying. (I wonder if any other child has that reaction to a fat man with a hairy face in what appears to be a pair of furry red longjohns?) Ziggie, THANKS SO MUCH!! Kimberly
