Kate, The best option for looking at the older images is by Month in the Archives option. Sorry, we don't have the resources it would take to make all the older images sliceable/diceable in real time. Tim

xoconostle, I was referring to what happened the last time I checked to see if the galleries were working again. I wanted to look at the Vue gallery, but it would only show "What's New" for the past 10 days. I couldn't access the entire gallery, only the images uploaded within the last 10 days. Check it yourself - pick a gallery, any gallery. Kate

Well I mentioned this before (and you said you would bring it to the PTB attention,A.S.). That will archive ALL the galleries for the date requested. You still can't select just one gallery...like Poser or 2D. You use to be able (months back)to be in a gallery,and just click archive....and you would see all images from just that gallery going back to day one. I'm not sure,but I think this changed when the 2,386 different genre's were added. With Renderosity still being slower than a frozen snail,having the archive set-up this way is just about as USELESS as it gets. SWAMP

...BTW...you do have drop-downs to select topic and/or genre...they just have never been program to work.

Would a pull-down for Topic on the Archive page do the trick? You'd still have to specify a Year & Month. Tim

Hi,tim You do have pull-downs...they have just NEVER been program/activated to work. No matter what topic and/or genre is selected,you get the default of ALL the galleries. Selecting by date is great to have...you couldn't do that in the past. Thanks,SWAMP

Swamp is right, they work in all the other options, but not in Archive. Maybe just do whatever you all did to make them work in the other categories. That should do it.

This is not just since the recent problems...it has never worked since the galleries were changed awhile back. SWAMP

They work for all the other features, though it's a bit confusing, as you have to hit Apply first and then they work (but not in the archive). You'd think they would work by just setting them and hitting something, but they don't. I can understand why, but it's confusing... ShadowWind

After suffering all this time,with my gallery viewing...I found out how to do it.. DON'T PUT IN A DATE....and you'll get the topic you selected. Shouldn't this site come with a set of instructions?? Off to do some long over-due viewing. Happy SWAMP
