Just something I've noticed in the LW forum that I thought would be good if it became standard practice site-wide (if it isn't already). When Moebius87 or Fillingim (LW mods) move a thread out of their forum and off to another forum, they post a replacement thread in its place in their forum (and lock it) which says something like - "JohnDoe posted a thread concerning blah blah blah which has been moved to the OT Forum. If you wish to read it then it can be found [LINK TO URL OF MOVED THREAD]" As I said, I think this practice would be a handy addition to the little black book of modding. It'd also let people find where threads have gone to a little easier, and it may result in less ticked off people when they think that their thread should have been left in its original forum.

..It's just that...there is something very easy to understand: people don't want to be "annoyed", that's natural, isn't it ?... That's funny though if they didn't want to be annoyed by some "reality"...

Actually I think it's a good idea too. I hope the moderators consider doing that. :)
