Is it possible to automaticaly delete morph target that are not in use in a poser character?

Yes, open up the Hierarchy window and select "show all parameters". Now all the morphs will be displayed. Click on the one you do not want and hit the Delete key.

Thank you for your help PhilC. Do you know if exist utilities for automatism the deleting of all morph target not used, in one way?

Yes, search for Morph Manager in the Renderosity freestuff.
