Wondering if any1 has ever had this problem b4: I was working in Poser 4, on a tentacle scene, and I got buffer overwrites (illegal access to shared memory), and had to shut down poser. Now, none of my P4 Nude Women (or their derivatives) work, and I can't use OBJ's all of a sudden because I don't seem to have enough memory (I've used them many times before). I do have a legitimate copy of the CD, but it's in another town, so I can't just reinstall. Anyone have an idea?? -- CM

you might want to try deleting the .rsr files associated with the .obj files in your geometries folder for any figures that aren't working...sometimes those files become corrupted and need to be deleted.

I've heard that P4 creates a RSR for each OBJ file (as a quick loading version of the OBJ file). These RSR files apparently sometimes become corrupted (especially if Poser crashes) and need to be deleted for the figure to load. The RSR files in question will be located in the geometries folder beside the original OBJ file.

While I've seen this info posted several times, I've never actually had this problem (I use P5) so I can't guarantee it'll work :(

Hope this helps.
