Just received Bryce4 and there are 2 CD's. One is application and the other is content. What are the functions of each. Do I install both and in which order. TIA

Just the application CD is all you need to install, the content CD is just free models and stuff for you to use.

Do atleast one thing a day that scares the hell outta ya!!

Hi Rita, Just Browse the content CD. It has some really cool animations, tutorials and presets you can import. Your going to love Version 4,don't forget to install the patch. Hawkfyr

Hi Rita, There is an upgrade(patch) for Bryce 4 that you can download and install that corrects a few problems and some other stuff. Did you get the "MetaCreations"Version or the new "Corel" wersion of Bryce 4? Hawkfyr

It says Corel on the CD's and when I went to their site, they said they're working on it. Could it need a patch to correct a problem I'm having trying to get Poser4 textures? (I installed the patch for that one). I get messages that the files in Poser have been moved etc.

Unless the textures are in the same directory as the .obj file your importing, Bryce will prompt you to locate the textures, which will be in your Poser/Runtime/Textures folder or wherever you hame them at time of exporting the figure from Poser. Ken

That's the problem. I do have them in the same folder while exporting.I just worked it out again. Exported a poser4 figure as wavefront object. I will repost with illustrations with subject as textures.
