Hi Ethan, I would say you best idea would to gather pictures of the surface of mars from various net sites and then make them into bryce materails and play with them until you get the effect you are looking for or just play in the materails editor and see what you can get...it takes a little time but the effort can be well worth the time spent. Regards Eshal

Well Caligula uploaded a ground terrain that would do and I also placed a link in the 3D links forum to a photoreal Mars planet texture. Message me if you can't find either.

MARS textures. Check this site out... http://www.marssociety.org/interactive/toolkit I oddly just received the link this morning and went to it. Their toolkit is interesting for 3d programs. Take your time and look around. Sure hope this helps!! :)

Something that you may want to check out. Wolfie's got one that might do. www.wolfiesden.com. Check under the Bryce section (Materials then Terrains, it's on the last page). He's also got some of the moon, earth, cloud layers for the earth, etc. Some neato stuff. John

Just went to this last post, the nasa site, sure is Incrediable! I LOVE their simulator! Being able to get a (simulated) veiw of a different planet..from a different planet. Thanks for posting this Manowar!
