Belated answer to a question about possibility of objects casting shadow only in Vue4 standard

The answer is definitely : yes.
All you have to do is give your object the 'flat black' texture and make it additive...
doing that, Vue will automatically uncheck the 'cast shadow' option ... you just check it back !

Thought maybe it was better to post it in a new thread in case it could be useful to some... (I reinstalled Vue4 to be sure :))
