I thought I had found two on 3DCafe. They were in Max format, but even after I converted them to 3DS, they explode in Poser :( Sooo.... looks around for Dracus Minimus IS there any free Pick-up trucks for Poser? Or any for sale, cheap? I just need it for ONE render so I'm not interested in paying TOO much for it :)

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA
Using Poser since 2002. Currently at Version 11.1 - Win 10.

Maybe my eyes aren't up to the mark today, but I am sure someone posted a link to a Japanese site which had a pickup truck on there. Someone was looking for a military helicopter, IIRC, so you won't find the thread by searching for "pickup". Sorry I can't be clearer than that.

Deep exploration is a good program for fixing "exploded" 3ds objects.

Quite a few at Planit3d, in the meshes section. Fitzy has been making sure they work in Poser as well.

Amazing 3D Graphics: it's in .3ds format, isn't very detailed (game resolution), and has a camper shell which cannot be removed, but on the plus side ... uh ... it's fully textured ....

Turbo Squid (yeah, I know ...) : this one's free, and already in .obj format.

If you have a problem with a 3d vehicle exploding in Poser, take it into a 3ds program (i.e. 3d max( and export it one part at a time. Re-assemble the vehicle in Poser, save as a PZ3 and work on it from there.

I've got a pickup truck - which may well be the same as your MAX format truck. The readme by "Paul Foster 2000" states that he takes no credit for the mesh which was downloaded from the net, and converted by him into a Poser prop. The zip is only 100kb and I'd be happy to email it to you if it isn't infringing copyright? I think it should be ok as he also adds: This prop is strictly non-commercial. That means you cannot re-sell this prop in any way, shape, or form - anywhere, ever, no sir. However, you can use it in renderings that you intend to sell commercially and, provided that you distribute the files with this readme intact, I place no restrictions on you freely re-distributing this file. Let me know if you want me to send it.
