Attached Link: 3D artistry wanted...

any of the 3D art programs can do this type of art. All that is required is for you to render the image twice. You can create a red and blue render for each render and save as a Jpeg for beiwing with standard 3D comic glasses. OR you can save the two images side-by-side as a Jpeg, and change the file extension to '.JPS' When this is done, you must save it to computer, then activate with your 3D LED stereo goggles. By dong this, you get a FULL COLOR FULL 3D IMAGES!!! Yahoooo !, Sorry, I'm just excited about this and was hoping some artists may be interested in this format, and if we could add a 'genre' gallery for it so that we can search and filter for it like all the other galleries. I just purchased 3D goggles, and discovered a wjole new world.

I believe they're called stereo images or anaglyphs. I know they were very popular with Terragen users a few years back. If you search Google for "anaglyph" a whole bunch of sites (and various techniques) come up. :)

Isn't it cool? They really should add an anaglyph genre because it's getting more and more popular. I now keep a pair of my kids toy glasses for when I come across them in the galleries. Do a search for robotalk and Ron Harris or even just "3D glasses" in the galleries to see more 3D art. I'm amazed each time I see it.
