I am still running 266001 and I ran Check for Updates and it says I have the most current update, though I read here in the forums that that is an older version. How does one update if the program refuses to use the auto-update to do it? And yes, I did register with the software with e-on after I bought it.

It will work later when the updates are not any more betas. For the moment, you need to download manually. I will announce the next update in a new thread to make it more easy for you all to know when it is available. :-)Guitta

Thanks Guitta, didn't realize they were updating on their site, as well as with the check for updates. Some places don't. Getting it now...

Ever since the update which I think is the latest beta for my mac osX I now have build 267138 but it no longer imports any PZ3s. doesn't anyone else out there have this problem? I can't believe i'm the only one. I've written to them of course, and they say they have another beta in the works. Love esther PS another strange thing about eon is when I do a search for my topic in knowledge base, eg putting in PZ3 or import or importing into the search it comes up with hardly anything including not my message.
I aim to update it about once a month. Oh, and it's free!

Hmmm, I just tried mine and it imports fine. I wonder what is wrong. Sharen

Macs have their own problems. Walther, are you here?

True for sure the Mac version of Vue4 pro does not seem to be up too speed as of yet. Walther is one of the few artists out there that is testing both I think. However I have yet to see many good answers for our poor Mac users as of this point in time. I know this problem is being addressed by the beta testers and I am sure you will see a solution soon. Hang in there. Thanks.

Sharen, have you got a mac? Remember how I told you I can't find my messages on the knowledge base when I search? Well I'm probably paranoid but I wonder if they don't hide the things that might put people off buying the software. Or am I the only mac user with this problem? Also the things they (e-on knowlege base) tell me to do, and the questions they ask in response to my questions, sound like they may be stalling whilst they work on their next beta. I don't know, I just have a bad feeling about their knowledge base. Maybe I am just paranoid. It might be the frustration of finding vue more stable than ever but now being completely unable to import even one PZ3 file. Love esther
