Is there an application that can take a specific color (such as red) and superimpose an effect onto it? For instance, a red tube held like a light sabre, and use MAX to superimpose the glow effect. I don't like the idea of having to edit 500 or more frames. I'm thinking about MAX's VQ. If photoshop could do it that would be great too. Any ideas?

I'm not sure, but it THINK that that's something adobe After Effects could do... But if you already have max, and you've got poser, and you want to be able to make stuff glow in your poser scenes, why not get maxpose? it's cheaper than after effects, and with it you can bring your poser work right into max, and glow the hell out of whatever you want!
